Vegas knows how to make giving back feel like a night out, and Flawless Med Spa is proving it with "Lift Her Up," a community drive that swaps the usual canned-food-and-coat-drive formula for something a little more specific: new bras and unopened underwear.

It sounds like an odd headline until you hear the rationale. Shelters are flush with donated clothing and blankets, but new undergarments are chronically scarce, since health and hygiene rules mean secondhand simply won't do. That gap hits hardest at HELP of Southern Nevada's Shannon West Homeless Youth Center, which served more than 400 young people ages 18 to 24 last year and consistently lists these items among its most urgent needs.
Flawless Med Spa is teaming up with Vegas Girl Events to close that gap on Thursday, Sept. 24, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the spa's Summerlin location on West Lake Mead. The ask is simple: bring one new bra or one sealed package of underwear, and walk in the door having already done the hardest part.
The evening then does what Vegas evenings do best. Every donated item earns a raffle ticket for prizes that include injectables, skincare services and vitamin shots, and guests can expect live treatment demonstrations, cocktails, light bites and one-night-only specials on top of it.
"Every day, we help women feel more confident in their own skin, but confidence begins long before someone walks into a med spa," said Melanie Speed, APRN, NP-C, CANS, founder of Flawless Med Spa. She noted that something as basic as a new bra or clean underwear can restore dignity for women experiencing homelessness and remind them they're seen and supported.
It's a networking event with a purpose baked in: women showing up for women, one donated essential and one raffle ticket at a time.
