GLV NIGHTLIFE CONNECT

Feel the Vegas Pulse. Ask someone who knows the room.

Hotspots / Vegas Pulse helps you see where Vegas energy is building. Ask a Vegas Promoter connects you with a verified promoter who is available right now—inside a private, accountable GLV conversation.

LIVE DISCOVERY

Hotspots + Vegas Pulse

A live discovery layer for nightlife—not a static directory. Venue cards bring together GLV activity, nightlife media, current discovery signals and available promoter access so you can decide where to explore next.

Good to know: Pulse levels show momentum inside the GLV ecosystem. They are not a door count, wait-time estimate or guarantee of admission.

FOR APP USERS

How Ask a Vegas Promoter works for guests

When a verified promoter marks themselves available, their venue can appear as live in Nightlife Connect. You choose when to start a request; private chat opens only after a promoter accepts.

STEP 01

Open Hotspots

In Go Live Vegas, open Hotspots / Vegas Pulse and look for a venue with a live promoter.

STEP 02

Choose your venue

Open the venue and tap Ask a Vegas Promoter. You may also choose a specific available promoter when offered.

STEP 03

Tell us what you need

Add your name, request type, party size and a useful note—guest list, entry information, dress code, group help or a table lead.

STEP 04

Wait for acceptance

Your request is offered securely. A conversation does not open until a promoter accepts it.

STEP 05

Chat inside GLV

Use the private thread for follow-up details. Keep personal or payment information out of chat unless clearly necessary and trusted.

STEP 06

Complete and rate

When the request is finished, the conversation can be completed and you can leave feedback.

FOR PROMOTERS

Promoter setup: from invitation to going live

Your GLV invitation is private and tied to the email address used by the Control Room. Complete setup on the phone where Go Live Vegas is installed.

Pairing code rules

The pairing code is a private, time-limited backup credential. It connects the correct promoter profile, invited email and assigned venue to Promoter Tools.

  • Enter it exactly as received; do not add spaces.
  • Codes may expire, be revoked or work only once.
  • An expired or used code requires a fresh invitation from GLV.
  • GLV staff will never ask you to publish your code or password.
01

Open the GLV email on your phone

Tap Open Go Live Vegas & Finish Setup. If you open it on a computer, scan the QR code shown on the secure setup page.

02

Let the app prefill your invitation

The secure link opens Post → Promoter Tools with your invitation and email ready. Use the exact invited email address.

03

Create your promoter account

Create a password with at least 10 characters, confirm it and tap Create Account & Register. Already registered? Switch to Sign In instead.

04

Use the pairing code if needed

If GLV gives you a one-time pairing code, enter the complete code in Promoter Tools with your invited email. Do not post or share it.

05

Start your shift

Review your assigned venue, choose the availability window and tap Go Available only when you are ready to answer requests.

06

Accept, chat and complete

Review the service type, party size and note. Accept before the private chat opens, reply promptly, then complete the conversation when finished.

What happens during a promoter shift

01

Be discoverable

Your live status can appear on Home, Hotspots / Vegas Pulse, Explore and your assigned venue.

02

Accept securely

Check the request details first. Accepting creates the private GLV conversation.

03

Help responsibly

Give useful information without promising admission, pricing, tables or entry.

04

Finish cleanly

Complete the request when done. Promoters have a short 15-minute reopen window for a forgotten follow-up.

Live promoters can also appear across GLV Digital Nodes

GLV Digital Nodes are networked television displays placed at participating venues, restaurants, events and advertiser locations around Las Vegas. Their rotating GLV feed connects the physical city with what is happening live in the app.

  • A verified promoter becomes eligible for the Digital Node rotation only while marked live and available.
  • The live card can feature the promoter and assigned venue across the public GLV Digital Node network.
  • Going offline removes the promoter from the live-only rotation, helping signs stay current.
  • Digital Node features rotate with other approved GLV content; they are not a permanent full-screen placement.

WORK THE GLV WAY

Promoter best practices

  • Keep your availability accurate—go offline when your shift ends or you cannot respond.
  • Answer promptly and keep the conversation inside Go Live Vegas.
  • Never promise admission, tables, prices, guest-list acceptance or entry.
  • Do not request unnecessary sensitive information or move guests into unsafe payment conversations.
  • Use your approved GLV promoter link or QR code to help guests find Hotspots and discover you.

IMPORTANT

Real help, not a guarantee

Promoters provide current, local guidance. Venue management and security always control admission, capacity, dress code, identification requirements, pricing and final entry decisions. Nightlife venues may be 21+.
