Terms of Service
1. The Services
Go Live Eats is a technology and discovery platform for independent mobile food vendors, pop-ups, market vendors, and similar businesses. Features may include vendor accounts, listings, maps, live status, approximate location, notifications, market syndication, and operator tools in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. A vendor user represents that they are authorized to act for the named business. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
3. Platform only
Go Live Eats does not own, operate, employ, inspect, supervise, license, or control independent vendors. We do not prepare or sell their food and are not a party to customer purchases from them. Listings, live markers, directions, schedules, menus, prices, permits, availability, and third-party information can change or be inaccurate. Users must confirm material details directly with the vendor.
4. Location and safety
Location and live status depend on a vendor device, permission settings, GPS, network connectivity, and GLV Cloud heartbeat activity. They are not guarantees that a vendor is present, open, safe, licensed, or available. Do not operate the app while driving or in an unsafe manner.
5. Content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Go Live Eats a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and syndicate that content as needed to operate, market, and improve the Services. You represent that your content is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and that you have all necessary permissions.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not break applicable law; misrepresent a business, permit, location, food, price, or affiliation; upload harmful or infringing material; interfere with security or service operation; scrape or reverse engineer except where law expressly permits; share access improperly; or use the Services for fraud, spam, harassment, or unsafe activity.
7. Fees and third parties
The mobile app does not collect card details. Vendor payments and subscription changes are handled on an authorized website and are governed by the order shown at checkout, the Vendor Agreement, and the Vendor Billing and Auto-Renewal Terms. The Services may link to maps, websites, payment processors, and other third parties whose separate terms and privacy practices apply.
8. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may review, edit, pause, reject, remove, or disable content, listings, live status, or accounts for accuracy, safety, legal, payment, policy, security, or operational reasons, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the Services and may request account deletion through the app.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Live Eats and Go Live Vegas, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, vendor operations, food quality, illness, injury, customer disputes, or third-party conduct. Non-waivable rights and liabilities remain unaffected.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material updates will use a new version and may require acceptance again before continued app use. Continued use after valid notice and acceptance is governed by the updated version.
12. Governing terms
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory law in your jurisdiction applies. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable rights or remedies under United States, Canadian, Mexican, provincial, state, or local law.
13. Language and local rights
English, Canadian French, and Mexican Spanish interfaces are provided for convenience and accessibility. Before broad Quebec or Mexico launch, locally reviewed French and Spanish legal versions will identify which version governs and will preserve every mandatory right. If a translated term conflicts with non-waivable local law, that law controls.
