Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
- Account and business data, including name, email, country, locale, vendor profile, and verification information.
- Authentication and security data, including password hashes, session/refresh-token records, MFA status, login attempts, and audit records. We do not store readable passwords.
- Precise location and live activity when a vendor starts serving, including coordinates, accuracy, timestamps, session state, device installation identifier, platform, app version, and heartbeat sequence.
- Content submitted for listings, such as business information, menus, prices, schedules, photos, logos, links, and service areas.
- Push-notification tokens and delivery status. Firebase is used for push transport only, not as the Go Live Eats vendor database.
- Technical and support information, such as IP-derived security hashes, user agent, request identifier, errors, and communications.
2. How we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts; verify and operate vendor listings; publish live/offline status and approximate location; syndicate approved market information; send operational notifications; prevent abuse; provide support; maintain audit evidence; meet legal obligations; and improve reliability and safety.
3. When data is shared
Approved vendor profile details, approximate location, and live status may be public and may appear in Go Live Eats and applicable Go Live Vegas or Go Live LA market surfaces. We may use infrastructure, hosting, email, maps, security, and push providers to process data on our behalf. Firebase Cloud Messaging transports push notifications. We may disclose data when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in a business transaction, or with your direction. We do not sell payment-card data, and the app does not collect card details.
4. Choice and consent
You choose when to start and stop Now Serving. Location is not transmitted as a live vendor heartbeat until you start serving, but your operating system may perform location work needed by the app. Customer nearby sorting uses location on the device and does not require an account. You can disable location or notification permission in device settings; doing so may disable live-status, proximity, or notification features. Marketing and nearby sponsored alerts require a separate opt-in and can be turned off without disabling necessary transactional or safety notices. You may withdraw consent where applicable, but some processing is required to provide an account, secure the service, or comply with law.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services, secure accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, safety, and audit duties. You can initiate account deletion inside the app. We delete or de-identify associated personal information unless retention is required or permitted by law. Public listings and active status are disabled during account deletion. Backup copies may age out under normal retention schedules.
6. International processing
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those places may have different privacy laws. We use contractual, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use safeguards including encrypted transport, password hashing, restricted credentials, short-lived access tokens, auditable events, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
8. Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, and appeal or complain to a regulator. Submit a verified request through the in-app account controls or the account and data request page. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
9. United States notices
Residents of states with applicable consumer privacy laws may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of covered personal information and may opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Go Live Eats does not sell payment-card data. If our practices become subject to an opt-out right, we will provide the required control before using data that way. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to verification.
10. Canada and Quebec notices
We seek meaningful consent appropriate to the sensitivity and purpose of the information, limit collection and use to identified purposes, use safeguards, and provide access and correction mechanisms subject to lawful exceptions. Canadian information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where foreign authorities may lawfully access it. Quebec residents may contact the person responsible for protection of personal information at info@golive.vegas. French service and a French version of public-facing policies will be made available for Quebec operations before broad launch.
11. Mexico notice and ARCO rights
For users in Mexico, this policy is intended to serve with the applicable privacy notice describing the responsible party, information collected, purposes, transfers, and available choices. You may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO) and may revoke consent where applicable by contacting info@golive.vegas. Include the account email, the right requested, and enough detail to locate the information; do not send a password or authenticator secret. We may request appropriate proof of identity.
12. Children
The vendor experience is for authorized business operators and is not directed to children. The customer discovery experience is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly solicit accounts from children under 13 or a higher minimum age where local law requires parental authorization. Do not create an account if you cannot lawfully consent.
13. Updates and contact
Material changes will be posted with a new date/version and may require renewed acceptance. Privacy inquiries and rights requests: Go Live Vegas, LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States · info@golive.vegas · 1-855-502-4321.
